Refund and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. All return requests must be sent to Tiamo Baby via email: email@example.com
Personalised Gift Boxes
Due to the nature of personalised gifts, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you have received a faulty item in your gift box, please contact us via email with the details of your faulty item and include pictures of how your item arrived.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you change your mind. To be eligible for an exchange on a non-personalised item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your product, you must first contact Tiamo Baby via email. You will be required to send your product back to us (delivery address will be provided upon receiving your return request). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and advising if you are still eligible for an exchange based on the condition of the item you have returned. If you are eligible for an exchange, you will be required to pay for the postage of the new item. If the returned item does not arrive back to Tiamo Baby in its original condition, your request for an exchange may be denied.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us via email with the details of your faulty item and include pictures of how your item arrived. A refund or exchange may be offered to replace the faulty item.
Unfortunately sale items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 5 business days to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund in this time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any refund or exchange request made by the gift receiver will be communicated to the gift purchaser.
