Postage and Delivery
COVID-19 UPDATE: We are currently experiencing postage delays with our courier as a result of fewer interstate flights and an increase in volume across the network. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Flat rate delivery anywhere in Australia is $14.95, and we offer FREE delivery for orders over $120.
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
We post our gift boxes via a courier and therefore are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers.
Our standard fulfilment and dispatch time is 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled.
Estimated standard postage times (as outlined by the courier company) are:
- Sydney: 1-2 business day
- Melbourne: 2-4 business days
- Brisbane: 2-4 business days
- Canberra: 2-4 business days
- Adelaide: 2-4 business days
- Hobart: 5-8 business days
- Perth: 7-10 business days
- Darwin: 9-15 business days
- All regional areas: add 2-4 business days to metro estimates
Please note that Tiamo Baby cannot be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care.
If you choose delivery to a hospital, please be certain that the recipient will still be in hospital on the day that delivery is to be made.
Please address the order to the mother, as hospital staff may not have records of the baby’s name. Please provide the mother’s full name and maiden name, in case she has used her maiden name for hospital records. If hospital staff are unable to locate the recipient, they may refuse to accept the delivery.
If there is a chance that the recipient will be discharged from hospital we recommend that you request delivery to their home. If the recipient has been discharged before delivery has been made, it is your responsibility to arrange for the delivery to be redirected. Tiamo Baby takes no responsibility once the delivery has been made to the hospital.
